National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers

The National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers was established to maintain and support programs that assist minority scientists in realizing their academic and professional potential.  The organization objectives are as follows:

Recruitment and retention of minorities in science and engineering-related university programs.

 

Continued professional development of minority scientists and community involvement for professionals to provide essential role models with in the minority communities.
